The book arrived swiftly and I'm excited to read it. The only downfall is the quality of the book. It looks like it was a rushed job with the pages not fitting properly. The first few pages look like they were just torn into place. Really weird - I've never purchased a new book of this quality before. I will keep it because I'm excited to dive into the book. I was looking for practical suggestions on things I could do to improve my presentation skills. I am not a complete beginner, so I didn't want something too basic. I am not a great speaker, so I didn't want something too far above me either. Fortunately, I think this book offers information that any speaker can use. It is succinct and doesn't repeat, so despite its small size, it has a lot of information in it. I started doing some of the exercises right away and immediately began improving both my confidence and skill. It's a keeper!
